"Unigett" Manual Sprayguns
Manual double pipe spraygun for dispensing release agent and lubricant in die casting, hot molding, foundry and forging industries, patented and made in Italy by our company.
Since 1965 “Unigett” has been our line of sprayguns with two separate tubes for air and liquid. Our sprayguns are made in aluminum and brass and are available in different types and sizes. The liquid doesn’t have to be pressurised.
By pressing the lever lightly only the air way will open, by pressing the lever more the liquid valve will also open and the liquid will start flowing thanks of the Venturi effect.
Types and sizes
“Unigett” sprayguns are produced in two shapes: with curved pipe and with straight pipe (DR).
For each shape there are three versions with different flow rates: Reator, Super, Tiger.
Each version has two length options for the tube.

Spare parts
We refer to our spare parts as follow:
– Abbreviation of the model: “R” for Reator, “S” for Super, “T” for Tiger.
– Component code, as shown in the image
– Variant of the component (if applicable)
Examples
Reator’s spray head is referred to as R-3
The tuyere with the DR3 spray direction of Super DR is identified with the code S-18-DR3
